Refund & Cancellation Policy

CiberMandi provides digital agriculture and mandi operations services. Refund or cancellation requests, where applicable, will be reviewed based on the nature of the approved service, transaction status and applicable terms.

Service Fees

Fees charged for approved services, configuration, onboarding or platform access may be non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Duplicate or Failed Payments

In case of duplicate payment, failed payment debit or payment mismatch, users should contact support with transaction details. Valid cases will be reviewed and processed through the original payment method where applicable.

Timeline

Approved refunds may take 7–10 working days depending on the bank or payment partner.
